Book a Call

Hi, I'm Angie.

Thanks for stopping by.

If you’re here, there’s a good chance I’ve been right where you are.

I had the life I prayed for — the house, the husband, the kids, the financial security — and yet I still felt an ache for something more. It was a quiet dissatisfaction that echoed in my bones every day.

I remember saying to one of my closest friends, through tears,
“Is this it? Shouldn’t I have it together by now?”

My life looked good on paper. I knew I should feel grateful.
But inside, I felt stuck.

I was constantly striving for validation from other people, and secretly resenting them when I didn’t get it. When life’s hiccups showed up, I would crumble and make it mean that I wasn’t a good enough mom, wife, or Christian. I overanalyzed conversations, replayed situations in my head, and searched for what I had done wrong.

Then I found this work.

I learned something that completely changed my life:
I was creating my experience of my life through my thoughts, emotions, and actions.

My circumstances didn’t have to change for my life to feel different.  I didn’t need a new husband, kids, career or in-laws. My perspective needed to shift.

Through coaching, I discovered clarity, peace, and a deeper sense of purpose. And now I help other women experience that same transformation as a certified Christian Life Coach.

I’ve been married to my college sweetheart, Josh, for over 20 years. Together we’re raising two determined and beautiful teenage girls who keep us busy with sports, 4-H animals, and whatever activity they can convince us to support next. We spend a lot of time chasing our dogs, Fat Baby Max and Lily, around our country property north of Cincinnati.

When I’m not coaching or having a little too much fun on social media, you can usually find me reading, working in the yard, or serving in my community.

And these days, the life I once questioned is the life I get to live with purpose.

If you’re feeling that same quiet ache for more, you don’t have to figure it out alone.

You’re allowed to want more for your life.
It just takes a little courage to take the next step.
